The Opportunity
As Clinical Director, you will oversee the O&G service within a connected regional network, ensuring safe, contemporary, and sustainable care across maternity, gynaecology, and reproductive health services.
You will lead a passionate team of consultants, registrars, midwives, and multidisciplinary clinicians, working collaboratively with neighbouring regional hospitals to provide coordinated and consistent care for women and families.
This role offers a balanced mix of executive leadership and clinical contribution, with up to 0.5 FTE dedicated to clinical duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and direction for the O&G department.
* Maintain an active clinical workload in obstetrics and gynaecology.

About You
* FRANZCOG (mandatory).
* AHPRA Specialist Registration, or eligibility.
* Strong clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynaecology.
