Your key responsibilities will include:

* Payroll Processing: You will be responsible for processing payrolls on a weekly basis, ensuring that all payments are accurate and timely.

* Compliance: You will ensure that all statutory requirements are met, including SCHADS, Health Professionals and Support Services Awards, Fair Work, and other relevant awards and legislation.

* Reconciliations and Audits: You will perform reconciliations and audits to ensure the accuracy of payroll data.

* Support and Training: You will provide support and training to staff members on payroll-related queries and issues.
">
* Continuous Improvement: You will work with the finance team to continuously improve payroll systems and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Qualifications: A Diploma in Payroll Services or Accounting (TAFE) or equivalent qualification.

* Experience: High-volume payroll experience, preferably in the disability or care sector.

* Skills: Strong MYOB and Excel skills, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
