Be a Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining accuracy and compliance in our payroll processes. You will be responsible for end-to-end weekly payroll processing using MYOB and CRM systems, ensuring that all statutory requirements are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

">
">
* Payroll Processing: You will be responsible for processing payrolls on a weekly basis, ensuring that all payments are accurate and timely.
">
* Compliance: You will ensure that all statutory requirements are met, including SCHADS, Health Professionals and Support Services Awards, Fair Work, and other relevant awards and legislation.
">
* Reconciliations and Audits: You will perform reconciliations and audits to ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
">
* Support and Training: You will provide support and training to staff members on payroll-related queries and issues.
">
* Continuous Improvement: You will work with the finance team to continuously improve payroll systems and processes.
">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
">
* Qualifications: A Diploma in Payroll Services or Accounting (TAFE) or equivalent qualification.
">
* Experience: High-volume payroll experience, preferably in the disability or care sector.
">
* Skills: Strong MYOB and Excel skills, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
">
* Personal Qualities: A 'can-do' attitude, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
