Your responsibilities will include: Providing holistic mental health assessments, interventions, and support. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. Offering education and advocacy to patients and their families. Supporting the community’s mental health initiatives through outreach and education programmes. Selection Criteria Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse National Crime Check within the past 12 months Current Working with Children's Check Experience in mental health nursing, ideally in a community or rural setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse cultural backgrounds A commitment to delivering culturally safe and sensitive care Must have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).
