Role Overview
Goodstart Moreton Downs is seeking an Educator to join our team in Deception Bay, QLD. The educator will work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for young children.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children.
* Collaborate with colleagues to assess child progress and adapt teaching strategies.
* Maintain accurate records and communication with families.
* Support daily classroom operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Early Childhood or an ACECQA‐approved equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current QLD Working with Children Check.

Work Environment
Goodstart Moreton Downs is a 75‐place centre with 5 rooms, open from 6:30am to 6:30pm. The team is long–standing, diverse, and highly community‐oriented with a bush tucker garden on site. Ample off‐street parking and convenient access to public transport and local amenities are available.
