Legal Assistant Role
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the legal team by managing franchising and leasing documentation.
* Preparing and coordinating franchising documents is key to this role.
* The successful candidate will ensure compliance with the Franchising Code.
* Liaising with the business for store transitions and executing AFLs and Leases are also essential responsibilities.
* Assisting in preparing general commercial documents, supply agreements, IT Agreements, and NDAs.
* The ideal candidate will have experience with LawVu (legal team platform) and coding/customisation work.
* Providing general legal secretarial support to the Legal Team and other parts of the business.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, ready to learn, show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
