Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Talent Agent/Scout Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Melbourne head office. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support our agency's operations and contribute to the growth of emerging talent.
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Tuesday, Thursday) 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM (Wednesday)
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct and coordinate talent and parent interviews
* Manage interview bookings for potential talent
* Serve as a primary point of contact for parent communications
* Perform various administrative tasks supporting agency operations
Qualifications and Skills Required
* Proficient in MAC computer systems
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Capacity to work effectively under pressure
* Highly adaptable with a flexible mindset
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proven reliability and punctuality
Preferred but not essential
* Previous experience in a talent agency or similar entertainment industry role
