Program Manager - Family and Community Services (FCS)
Are you an experienced Program Manager with a passion for continuous improvement and service excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to join our Family and Community Services (FCS) team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate frameworks, activities, and projects to enhance service delivery.
2. Support strategic objectives of the FCS portfolio, ensuring legislative and contractual compliance.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance program delivery.
4. Monitor contractual records, funding contracts, and service specifications, liaising with program managers for reviews.
5. Provide expert advice on contract provisions, service compliance, and policy development.
6. Coordinate data collection and reporting mechanisms across the portfolio.
7. Support audits, accreditation, and continuous improvement efforts.
8. Contribute to tendering and procurement processes, strengthening funding relationships.
9. Ensure program governance and compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in social work, social science, psychology, or related fields.
* Relevant experience in human services, especially with funded programs like Early Intervention, Permanency Support, Supported Independent Living, and Aftercare.
* Current NSW Driver's License and work rights in Australia.
* Experience with NSW Office of the Children’s Guardian, NSW Department of Communities and Justice, and NDIS requirements.
* Ability to handle sensitive data and work under pressure.
