Key Responsibilities:
* Build trusted partnerships with government and stakeholders - Lead engagement with key external partners, manage briefings, requests, and critical documentation to support effective communication and decision-making.
* Drive strategic communications and brand leadership - Oversee media, internal and external communications, corporate reporting, and digital presence while ensuring consistency across major projects and initiatives.
* Champion community, cultural and Indigenous engagement - Lead meaningful partnerships with First Nations and Australian South Sea Islander communities and guide the delivery of our Reconciliation Action Plan and cultural awareness programs.
* Lead with purpose and people at heart - Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture where everyone feels valued and connected to our purpose. Promote a safe, respectful workplace, support team accountability, and oversee functional performance through clear goals, reporting, and strong financial management.
