We exist to enable informed and robust decision-making by owners and operators of critical national infrastructure. Our clients span four continents and include international energy operators, defence system integrators, transport system owners and a wide range of government departments, who look to us for strategic and operational support for some of their most critical issues.
We are experts in the use of advanced analytic methods alongside our core strategy, management and engineering services. Coupled with extensive domain experience, this approach distinguishes our ability to look deeper into issues, to provide clearer insight, and to achieve better outcomes for our clients.
Whether engaged to deliver independent advisory services or support the delivery of major projects, we specialise in creating elegant solutions to uniquely complex issues faced by our clients worldwide.
Our success is entirely based upon the passion, quality and integrity of our people. Our team are all driven and talented individuals, selected on their ability to bring strong insight, differing perspectives and a fun 'can do' attitude to everything they do.
**The opportunity**
DAS recently launched an Australian operation as our hub for growth in the Asia Pacific. We are now looking to establish and grow our Transport, Defence and Energy consulting teams across locations in Sydney and Canberra.
This represents an exciting opportunity to be part of the early growth of our Australian business; leveraging your own skills and experience alongside the established capabilities and resources of our wider overseas group, to shape the delivery of our growing consultancy business.
**The role**
- As a management consultant working within the transport sector, you will work with clients to: support the planning, design, and delivery of major civil infrastructure construction works; review and formulate recommendations to improve the performance of transport operators; and support organisational change initiatives within transport agencies in response to evolving Government needs.

- You will hold a formal project management qualification.
- In addition to client consulting activities, you will support the formation and growth of the transport business. In this you will be responsible for helping the Practice Lead to set the strategic vision for the practice and support key aspects of day-to-day operational delivery.
