Customer Service and Administration Representative
Bundaberg Bradnam’s Windows and Doors has an opening for a Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our team in Bundaberg.
About the Role
As a key member of the team, you will provide excellent customer service to our growing department in Bundaberg. Positively contribute to the daily requirements of the Branch by providing great customer service, accurate information, and completed paperwork to internal and external customers.
Customer Service and Administration Representatives will undertake duties including:
* Providing effective and timely responses to customer requests and contributing to sales targets;
* Developing and updating knowledge of Bradnam’s products and current building codes;
* Identifying areas for sales process improvements;
* Collaborating with our credit department and supporting fellow team members;
* Upholding safe work practices and complying with site requirements regarding PPE and procedures.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
Skills & Experience

* Data Entry experience;
* Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role;
* Positive attitude and commitment to safe work practices;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers and colleagues;
* Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking skills;
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
* Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
