genU is looking for Support workers who can team up with our customers to help them unleash their full potential. You will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement.

Proposed Roster -
What you'll do
* Support person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and work to achieve them;
* Join customers in the community and do recreational activities;
* Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering, toileting, medication administration and attending appointments;
* Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed;
* Administration duties and mandatory reporting
What you'll bring
* Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships;
* Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes;
* An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities;
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate).
Bonus points for
* Certificate III in disability or individual support or higher
