Job Description Promoting and selling specialised surgical products across major hospitals in Brisbane, Townsville, and the Gold Coast Supporting surgeons and theatre staff with education, training, and clinical case support Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, nurses, lab staff, and procurement teams Driving product usage and territory growth through a mix of clinical engagement and commercial strategy Collaborating closely with the immediate and wider team Supporting with regional travel and on-call/after-hours work The Successful Applicant Tertiary qualification in science, nursing, or a related discipline 3-4 years of medical device sales experience within a complex surgical field Prior theatre exposure is highly regarded Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to work autonomously and strategic territory planning What's on Offer Competitive salary with uncapped commission Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing product training Supportive team culture with experienced managers Uncapped career progression within a large organization
