Dorrington Homes Pty Ltd, a leading custom residential building company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Scheduler & Estimator to join our team in Osborne Park, Western Australia. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of our projects.
This role is for experienced candidates only; you need to have a detailed understanding of residential construction.
About the role:
You will be responsible for daily takes off's, material ordering, speaking to clients, obtaining quotes, and estimating. You will work alongside the general manager and supervisors whilst ensuring that all works carried out are to the highest level of detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Completing daily estimates on materials
Working alongside clients and suppliers
Reading appropriate details off plans, engineer's drawings and interior design specifications
Obtaining quotes
Must be able to work as part of a small highly driven team
Regular site visits
About You:
Must have experience in residential construction
Estimating experience essential
Understands trades, construction and building sequencing
Is confident, well organised and driven
Can work independently
Calm under pressure and be solution focused
Communicates clearly and professionally
Confident dealing with clients
