The Role:
* Work from home & visit clients in the region
* Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients
* Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
* Discipline specific assessments
* Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
* Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
* Opportunity to provide in‐house RTW services for employer customers
* Hybrid clinical role performing counselling (Rehab Counsellors)
* Assist with training & coaching of other Consultants & progress to a leadership role as the team grows (if of interest)
The Ideal Candidate:
* AHPRA‐Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist; ESSA‐Accredited Exercise Physiologist (eligible to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA); or ASORC‐Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
* 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience; valuable, strong Clinical candidates eager to transition into the industry welcome to apply!
* A confident communicator, excelling in developing relationships with all stakeholders
* Comfortable working independently & as part of a growing team
* Energetic & positive, enjoying making a difference to the lives of others
* Driver's licence & car
