TheseFly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) andBus-In Bus-Out (BIBO) roles offer an exciting opportunity to step into the thriving mining and resources sector.
If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, have experience in bulk catering, and bring a positive, can-do attitude—this could be the next big step in your culinary career. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals that keep our remote workforces energised and supported.
Prepare and deliver meals across breakfast, crib, and dinner services
Maintain food safety standards and HACCP compliance

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexible team player with strong communication skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
Australian Citizenship, Full Australian working rights or eligible for visa sponsorship
Working on-site means11-hour days on a2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off).
