NDIS Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery CoachWe are seeking passionate and dedicated NDIS Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches to join our team of independent contractors. This role is unique, in that it is overseen by both a highly experienced Support Coordinator and Business Mentor and a Senior Social Worker. It will provide suitable candidates with an opportunity to learn, develop and further enhance their Coordination and Coaching skills.
These roles are designed to support NDIS participants to maximize their NDIS plans, by providing guidance, empowerment and connections to suitable NDIS and Mainstream services.

Responsibilities Helping participants understand their planSupporting participants in budgeting their funding over the duration of their planAssisting participants in setting and achieving their NDIS goals on their own termsHelping participants navigate crisis situations and overcome barriersResearching and liaising with service providers, including mainstream and community servicesAttending NDIA or LAC meetings, to assist with plan reviews and goal settingResponding to participant enquiries in a timely mannerPreparing, collecting and submitting reports, as required.Requirements A valid ABN or willingness to apply for oneKnowledge of the NDISIdeally, a minimum of three years of tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g, Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Counselling, Arts)A full driver's license and reliable vehicleStrong English communication skills (additional languages are a bonus)Problem-Solving skillsSuccessful applicants will need to obtain relevant insurance and apply for a valid Police Check, Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Hourly Rate: $50-$60/hour, based on experienceWork Conditions: Flexible workdays, chosen by the contractorLocation: Work from home, with some face-to-face meetings required.
