About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Cotton On team. You will assist in the planning, development and execution of local area marketing opportunities, by proactively coordinating strategic marketing plans that will support our retail stores to launch in‐store campaigns and customer activities. You will also be responsible for driving continued improvements to production and process in the creation of our COG communication across our retail teams to ensure all relevant information from the marketing department is shared in a clear and engaging way.
Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, development and execution of local area marketing opportunities.
* Proactively coordinate strategic marketing plans that support retail stores launching in‐store campaigns and customer activities.
* Drive continual improvements to production and processes in creating COG communication across retail teams.
* Ensure marketing department information is shared in a clear and engaging manner.
Qualifications
* Degree/qualification in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications or PR.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar Marketing or Communications role.
* Solid planning, organisational and time‐management skills; event coordination is highly regarded.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; copy‐writing skills are highly regarded.
* Solid understanding of marketing principles.
* Proven ability in managing day‐to‐day operations within a marketing department.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all departments and management levels.
