Headquartered in Germany, their Perth, Western Australia, subsidiary is a top performer with an annual turnover of $15 million and a dedicated team of 10-15 skilled professionals.
Their WA facility boasts a comprehensive suite of roller press solutions for the ores and minerals industries and material agglomeration applications. It features an advanced high-pressure grinding roller press (HPGR) pilot plant, built in Australia based on German designs, supporting industrial HPGR sizing requirements. Qualifications & Experience
Proven leadership background in the mining industry or related sectors, demonstrating expertise in advancing manufacturing processes, integrating best practices across business functions, leading teams toward innovation, strategic planning to elevate business outcomes, and monitoring KPIs to surpass organisational goals.
A degree in engineering, particularly in mineral processing, process engineering, or mechanical engineering.
A demonstrated track record of expanding business sectors.
Proficiency in sales, marketing, manufacturing, and cost management.
Experience in team leadership and development.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams with corporate vision.
An independent, decisive approach with the ability to make autonomous decisions.
