Our divesity helps us provide the best support possible to carers, families, children and young people and all of our external stakeholders.A little about the roleThe Director of ICT is a newly created, strategic leadership role - responsible for advancing KAA’s technology capabilities, aligning ICT with organisational goals, and promoting a secure, resilient, and data-driven environment.Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will drive digital transformation, foster data-informed decision-making, manage strategic partnerships, and ensure organisational resilience through comprehensive cybersecurity, business continuity, and risk management.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Leading digital transformation initiatives across the organisation to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.Overseeing ICT service delivery to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the organisation, with minimal disruptions to daily operations.Managing application and infrastructure development lifecycles, from design and testing to deployment and maintenance.Providing leadership and mentorship to the ICT Team Leads and their teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Guide data governance and data analytics strategy to foster a data-informed culture, improve decision-making, and drive operational insights.This position is full-time, ongoing with hybrid working options available. You can be based at any of our offices, nationally!About youOur ideal candidate will come with:A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, and/or significant experience in a similar role.Extensive ICT leadership experience, preferably in the not-for-profit or similar environment.A strong understanding of industry best practices in IT strategy, risk management, and organisational transformation.Strong financial acumen and demonstrated experience of effective budget management.Ability to communicate simply and effectively, both verbal and written, with a diverse staff group at all levels, recognising potential language barriers and cultural differences.My Key AssetsThe health and wellbeing of our people is at the core of our employee and client experience.
