About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Occupational Hygiene Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our OHHM team, you will have a specialty in hazardous materials management and be responsible for conducting surveys, providing technical advice, and supervising removals.
Your primary focus will be on working with industry leaders in Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials, specifically in the Asbestos sector. You will also be involved in client liaison, project management, and preparation of technical reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting asbestos/Hazmat surveys
* Providing technical advice on Hazmat and occupational health issues
* Supervising asbestos/Hazmat removals
* Client liaison, quotes, tenders, and project management
* Preparation of technical reports

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) or relevant experience enabling you to gain LAA within a brief timeframe
* Experience within the HAZMAT industry coupled with relevant qualifications
* Strong consulting background with excellent writing ability
* Hazmat survey experience along with a valid driver's license
* An understanding of reporting requirements and project management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Full working rights in Australia or Australian citizenship
