We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team and lead our commercial real estate division to new heights.
Position Overview:
As the Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of our commercial real estate operations, managing our portfolio, including leasing and strata management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the commercial property market, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our commercial services and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the commercial real estate team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the commercial real estate business.
* Onboard new clients and manage leasing and property portfolios.
* Experience in commercial leasing is preferred but not essential.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors.
* Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights to drive business growth.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in the commercial real estate sector.
* Minimum 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience required.
* Strong knowledge of the commercial property market in Western Australia.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
* Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Real Estate Registration or higher qualification is a prerequisite.
* Property Manager registration type is required.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
