Electrical Project Engineer
The role of an Electrical Project Engineer is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of electrical services on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The engineer will be responsible for coordinating and leading assigned scopes of work, providing technical advice, and maintaining strong project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead assigned scopes of work, ensuring projects are delivered safely and to the highest standards.
* Provide and seek technical advice across design, construction, and program modifications.
* Maintain strong project performance, even in challenging conditions, and take ownership of issues in your scope.
* Plan, coordinate, and manage resources across work areas and teams to achieve successful outcomes.
* Apply sound commercial judgement to decisions, contributing to project profitability.
* Build positive relationships by understanding client needs and delivering quality outcomes that meet contract, budget, and compliance requirements.
* Ensure all site activities comply with HSEQ standards, demonstrating strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental performance.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have 3+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably on major construction projects. It is desirable to have an Australian Defence background and Defence security clearance.
