About the Role: This role supports the pricing function for heavy-duty filtration products and is responsible for leading end-to-end pricing, rebate, and data analytics strategies. It ensures alignment with business objectives through effective pricing control, compliance, and strategic oversight. The position also plays a key role in driving systems improvements, leading digital transformation initiatives, and mentoring junior analysts. You will manage the team overseeing pricing policies, rebate programs, and advanced data analytics. Key Responsibilities Own and manage pricing strategy across SPAC, ensuring it aligns with business goals — includes managing Fleetguard price lists and rebate operations. Develop pricing plans by working with key stakeholders across sales, product, finance, and supply chain teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic pricing improvements and increase profitability. Oversee pricing systems — manage updates for new parts, discounts, and special pricing. Recommend and implement system improvements (e.g. competitive pricing analysis, cross-referencing, Oracle updates). Maintain pricing structure and discounts using a multi-tiered pricing model to help maximise revenue. Update and maintain price books (at least quarterly) for delivery partners, including cross-reference and obsolescence lists. Support customers by responding to complex pricing issues via phone and email in a prompt and helpful manner. Lead regional pricing programs to roll out global best practices around price elasticity, price realisation, and price reviews. Identify improvements to speed up customer response times, reduce margin leakage, and streamline approval (DOA) processes. Manage market research projects, including New Product Development planning and pipeline support for the SPAC market. Lead and manage the pricing and analytics team, including both salaried and hourly team members. Coach and support junior analysts to grow their pricing and analytics capabilities. Drive digital transformation through pricing-related sales improvement initiatives using advanced data analytics. Lead data projects to improve customer retention, encourage upselling/cross-selling, and boost product wallet share. Deliver strategic projects, working closely with sales and leadership teams to develop new pricing tools and keep pace with changing business needs. Support the sales team with pricing insights, reports, and business presentation materials that help drive informed decisions. Soft Skills Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across different stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Proven analytical skills – including research, data analysis, and data interpretation Team player who can also work independently when needed Accountability – takes ownership of responsibilities and holds others accountable Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities Flexible and reliable, with a strong commitment to planning and delivering outcomes Key Competencies Experience with Fleetguard or similar products is beneficial – helps in understanding price relationships across product lines and bundling strategies (nice to have) Solid understanding of aftermarket sales channels and multi-tiered pricing structures Familiarity with regional AM sales channels and pricing approaches (nice to have) Required knowledge in: Pricing Variation Channel Management Transactional Pricing New Product Pricing Competitive Benchmarking Pricing Tiering/Levelling Statistical Price Sensitivity Modelling Project management skills – ability to create and deliver clear, audience-tailored communications across multiple formats Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ideally Oracle systems; open to learning new platforms Ability to analyse and interpret market research data – turning customer insights into actionable business solutions (must have) Customer-focused – builds strong relationships and delivers tailored, value-driven solutions Able to develop and maintain both formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organisation Experience Required 3–4 years’ experience as a Pricing Analyst (post-graduation) Open to candidates looking to grow into a senior role Team Structure & Culture Work closely with a team of 10 in Sales — a balanced mix of long-tenured and new team members.
