* This role involves hands-on work alongside the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a supervisor in a similar role, preferably in mine site cleaning.
* Previous commercial experience (hotel, mining, or resort environment) is advantageous.
* Strong leadership skills to drive a successful team and foster a culture of ownership and responsibility.
* Commitment to promoting a positive and sustainable safety culture.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and procedures.
