About your new role: This newly created role, reporting into the Head of People and Culture, will see you manage a small team of 3 HR advisors. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Grow the business through talent management and workforce planning. • Take the lead on key transformation and development projects such as employee engagement, policies and procedures and compliance and payroll. • Implementation of a new e-learning and development program. • Drive a high-performance culture. • Coaching and development of your team. About you: For success in this role, you will need to have experience as a HR Manager leading a small team. Logistics Industry experience or similar is preferred. Specifically, you will possess the following: • HR Leadership experience combined with strong relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills. • Hold relevant HR qualifications. • Ability to drive HR policies are and ensure they are compliant with employment laws. • Engage by providing strategic support to divisional leaders. • Implementation experience of L&D programs. • Logistics industry experience or similar.
