Client Services Officer
The role of Client Services Officer is to effectively and efficiently respond to day-to-day enquiries from our clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and maintain client information in order to exceed the client's expectation and deliver on operational objectives.
This role supports and works closely with the Customer Relationship Management team. Some key responsibilities include:
* Providing support to the Customer Relationship Management team where required
* Updating and maintaining Client details to ensure they are accurate at all times
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Previous experience in a customer contact role
* Ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships with superior communication skills, both written and verbal
* Solid computer skills including strong MS Office
* High level numeracy, attention to detail and ability to understand complex finance/taxation concepts
