About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Realty Manager, incumbent is responsible for administrative duties in all areas of realty administration, customer outreach and communication, housing make ready and hand back coordination, residential maintenance, and the Newcomer Orientation and Departure Program on behalf of the GSO Section.
Major duties and responsibilities for this position include:
* Providing administrative, customer outreach. housing make-ready and maintenance support relating to the Mission Housing Program,
* Serving in conjunction with the other Realty Assistants as GSO Newcomer Orientation & Departure Program Coordinator, and
* Backstopping the Senior Real Estate Manager and other Realty Assistants as needed.
Skills and Experience
* Two (2) years of paid full-time employment experience within the last ten years working in a licensed real estate agency is required. This experience must include property management, maintenance, leasing, customer service or office administration.
* Completion of high school education (Year 10) is required.
* Must have a current and valid driver's license.
