Our vocational education and training provider is seeking a Nursing Facilitator to work collaboratively with teachers in designing, validating, and executing assessments.
About the Role
* Nursing Facilitators will assist teachers in developing assessment strategies and carry out student evaluations.
* They will identify knowledge gaps in students' clinical skills and provide tailored support and education.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing students' clinical skills to ensure they meet industry standards.
* Identifying areas for improvement in training programs.
* Motivating candidates to achieve their full potential.
* Providing educational support to students.
* Carrying out administrative tasks related to assessment and evaluation.
Requirements for this role include:
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Assessor Skills Set or Design and Develop Assessment Tools.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
* CURRENT RN AHPRA registrations with no restrictions or notations.
* A CURRENT national police check within the last 2 years.
* A CURRENT WWCC.
* Fully vaccinated.
* 2 x work-related references.
* Experience as a Trainer Assessor.
* Demonstrated understanding of VET regulatory compliance.
