Clinical Nurse – Surgical Ward | Buderim Hospital
Employment Term: Permanent Part Time Opportunity Available
Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast QLD
Remuneration: $55.63 - $59.61 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our Buderim Hospital team
As Clinical Nurse in our Surgical Ward, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
* Provide supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support
* You will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.
* This is a leadership position where you will be the CN in charge after hours and weekends if rostered.
What makes a difference for us?
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in acute hospital setting
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
* An ability to coordinate and prioritise your ward's clinical load
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
