We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Retail Design & Sales Team, based at our Mandurah branch. This role combines customer engagement, design consulting and hands-on retail responsibilities.
What You'll Do
* Using our Stratco Design programs your will support and guide customers through our selection, design and sales process
* Provide exceptional customer service and develop solutions that meet our customers' needs
* Work closely with the Store Manager and State Retail Manager to develop your technical and product-based knowledge
* Undertake a robust learning and development program to support your professional development
* Take a pride in your store, participating with the inventory team to always be in stock
* Contribute to the Stratco "Return Home Safe" program of building safety into everyday activities

What We're Looking For
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Previous retail and/or building industry experience preferred
* The ability to provide solutions and drive sales
* Competent with software systems
* Forklift license or willingness to obtain
