We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers to lead our Company.
This is a unique and exciting chance to establish a new store from the ground up, build a high-performing team, and become a key figure in the local South Australian community. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of sales associates, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and providing exceptional customer service
Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting to maximize profitability
Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and sales
Ensure the store maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and provide ongoing coaching and development for your team
Identify and act on opportunities to improve store operations and efficiency
Liaise with regional management to align on strategic objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably in the sports or outdoor equipment industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and visual merchandising
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Passion for the sports and outdoor equipment industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
