We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional - 3IC/Visual Merchandiser to join our Factory Outlet in Mandurah, WA.
This part-time role requires fixed contracted days/hours covering selected weekdays and at least 1 weekend day per week.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
* Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Working well both autonomously but with a high level of team engagement, ensuring full sales floor productivity.
* Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Regularly update the store's product mix, ensuring a premium consumer journey with high commercial impact.
* Analyse and share store's commercial/sell through data and use this information to guide decision making for efficient operational, stockroom and visual merchandising procedures.
* Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational/seasonal brand and product knowledge and VM principles.
* Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
* Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
• Visual Merchandising
• Stockroom Procedures
