An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced AO4 Human Resource Officer to join a dynamic team based in Buderim, QLD. This role plays a vital part in supporting operational HR activities and providing expert advice to leaders and staff across a busy regional organisation.
You will take the lead on recruitment activities, acting as a key panel member in the selection of personnel for high-profile infrastructure projects. Working collaboratively with two other AO4 HR Officers, you'll drive efficient and compliant recruitment outcomes, aligned with relevant policies and legislation.
Other responsibilities include:
* Advising on role descriptions, establishment management, and workforce strategies
* Ensuring HR systems and records (such as SAP HR and organisational charts) are current and accurate
* Supporting remuneration and employment conditions queries
* Providing timely and expert advice to internal stakeholders
* Contributing to continuous improvement in HR processes

Working Hours This position is for a maximum of 38 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm, with a maximum of 8 hours per day.
