The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for driving customer retention through ongoing support of new and existing customers. Providing training and installation of Radiometer's products and services. Our clinical applications specialists work closely with the sales, IT and service teams to find innovative solutions for customers seeking operational efficiencies and improved outcomes.
Location: This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Victorian Sales and Applications Team located in Melbourne and will be working remotely to cover the Melbourne Metro and Northwest Region.

The essential requirements of the job include:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Medical Diagnostic Industry or Medical Healthcare setting.
* Tertiary scientific qualification or equivalent.
* Experience providing training for users of products, services or processes.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to enable interaction with healthcare professionals.
* Problem solving skills to evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve situations in an efficient manner.
* Customer service skills with a high priority in providing positive, meaningful experiences for our customers.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
* Ability to travel – approximately 20% travel including overnight stays within the territory, national meetings and training or any other events requiring travel.
* Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
* Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10kg.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Point of care testing.
* Provision of education and training.
* Middleware or IT experience.
