Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional seafood dishes using the finest WA produce.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop high-quality menus and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, training, and mentorship to support team growth and performance.
* Maintain a culture of learning, innovation, and accountability within the kitchen.
Qualifications and Qualities
* Experience as a head chef or sous chef ready to step up in a refined kitchen setting.
* Strong leadership, creativity, energy, and ambition with excellent communication skills.
* Passion for seafood and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
