How will I help?
The ERDM Developer is part of the Enterprise Reference Data Management (ERDM) team within Data Operations and Enterprise Services (DOES), Data Platforms that provides:
* A centrally governed enterprise reference data capability
* Product management of the ERD Foundational Data Product (FDP)
Reference Data is data used to classify or categorise other business data. A consistent approach for managing Enterprise Reference Data is one of the foundational capabilities required for an organisation to achieve agility and consistency in managing data.
The purpose is to ensure consistency in managing data to reduce the cost of operations, change and operational risk. Scope of this role is to provide technical and development expertise for the ERD capability, ERDM Business Support team and associated Data Product operationally.
* ERD and solution analysis and design
* SQL development (Oracle Database and SQL development)
* Oracle Data Relationship Management action scripts
* Technical change implementation and management end to end
* Create and maintenance functions of ERD
* Support subscription and consumption processes of ERD
* Application and environment management
* Coordination and partnering with other Technical support teams
* Managing and maintaining integrations, processes and batch job, Control-M related to ERDM
* Triage and resolve Incident and Issues/Problems
* Artefacts and detailed documentation of design and processes

What do I need?
The successful candidate will have:
* 5+ years Data Management - Development, execution, and supervision of plans, policies, programs, and practices that deliver, control, protect, and enhance the value of data and information assets throughout their lifecycles.
* 3+ years Data Governance - Exercise of authority and control (planning, monitoring, and enforcement) over the management of data assets
* 5+ Information management, analysis, design, tooling and lineage including databases, hierarchies, mappings
* Data management principles and capabilities such as Reference data, Master data, Data quality, Metadata management
* 3+ Developing and maturing operating models and processes
