Product Manager | Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence
Role Overview
The AI Centre of Excellence is a team of experienced Product Managers, designers, developers, data scientists, and analysts responsible for delivering digital products and AI solutions to PwC's Australian business. We collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop technology-enabled solutions that transform our assurance, advisory, tax, and legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
* We work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define product specifications.
* We develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with the firm's strategy and stakeholder needs.
* We conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our strategy.
* We define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and inform improvements.
* We manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
* We prioritise opportunities based on their business impact and importance.
* We oversee feature intake processes and capture feedback effectively.
* We participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
* We mentor junior product managers.
About You
We are looking for applicants who demonstrate:
* Strong experience in product management with a successful track record.
* A clear understanding of the product lifecycle and requirements gathering.
* The ability to create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, Trello, and Lucid.
* Experience in designing user onboarding experiences and managing client opportunity funnels.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working with AI and machine learning products.
* Knowledge of UX/UI principles and data analytics tools.
* Familiarity with cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
* An understanding of observability standards like OpenTelemetry.
* Knowledge of prompt engineering in AI products.
