A large federal program is entering the delivery phase of a significant digital transformation and is seeking experienced Manual Testers to support the build of a new, consolidated case management and client‑facing portal. The work sits within a long‑term initiative focused on improving service quality, streamlining user experiences, and modernising core digital capabilities. You'll be part of a dedicated testing function within an agile environment, working under an established Test Manager to help design, maintain and execute the testing framework that ensures high‑quality product delivery.
Duties
* Design, document and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts
* Perform ST, SIT and E2E testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments
* Validate D365 workflows, forms, security roles, data flows and customisations
* Test integrations with Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and external systems
* Use Jira, Confluence and case management systems to manage documentation
* Work closely with BAs, Developers, Solution Architects and Product Owners to clarify requirements and support successful delivery
* Troubleshoot D365 behaviours and record clear, complete defect documentation
* Maintain collaborative working relationships across internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
* Strong manual testing experience across enterprise applications
* Hands‑on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) modules
* Proven capability delivering ST, SIT and E2E testing
* Experience validating integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and third‑party systems
* Ability to create and maintain structured test artefacts such as test cases and traceability matrices
* Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management and defect tracking
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly
* Basic understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub)
* Ability to troubleshoot basic automation issues
