Trade Counter Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Trade Counter team at one of our locations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting plumbers and tradespeople in accessing the products they need for building and renovation projects, as well as performing various tasks to maintain a smooth-running branch environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and product information
- Preparing quotes in person and over the phone
- Picking, packing, and managing stock
- Maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
- Occasional deliveries using a company vehicle
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to pick orders, maintain displays, and ensure accurate information
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
