Exercise Physiologist Opportunity
Better Health Network is seeking an Exercise Physiologist (Grade 2) to support clients with chronic and complex health needs through individual and group programs.
The Role
* Deliver comprehensive assessments and tailored interventions for clients of all ages with chronic or complex health conditions.
* Coordinate and deliver diverse group programs including strength training, falls prevention, hydrotherapy, and gym-based programs across multiple locations.
* Develop, promote, and evaluate innovative physical activity initiatives in collaboration with physiotherapists, allied health assistants, and community partners.
* Support client self-management within an evidence-based, person-centred framework.
About the Position
* A qualification in Exercise Physiology and ESSA registration are essential.
* Experience supporting people with chronic conditions, multiple or complex needs is highly valued.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team are required.
* Commitment to community health values and the social model of health is expected.
