**Why this role matters** **About the role** As the Store Manager of Wodonga Salvos Store, you will be passionate about making a difference and be ready to lead a team of dedicated employees and volunteers to create a positive change. You will efficiently and effectively manage all retail functions to achieve Salvos Stores' Strategic Objectives in line with The Salvation Army Mission and Values. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a permanent full-time role, located in Wodonga, VIC.Complete all administrative and Workday requirements accurately and on time, including timesheets and employee and volunteer administration Retail management experience (*essential*). Strong proven customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (*essential*) Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and engage people. Ability to work to budgets and manage operational priorities.
