We are looking for ASSITANT STORE MANAGER to join our team at Mandurah.
Store Management:
· Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
· Implement and maintain store policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Manage and train all store staff to the Neverland service standard whilst fostering a positive and productive work environment
· Achieve store budgets through effectively customer service, task delegation and prioritisation.
· Ensure all Neverland Store directives are completed to standard and on time.
· Work alongside the Store Manager to ensure operational and store standards are always kept.
· Lead by example and be responsible for store and staff performance.
· Sunday to Thursday roster
Who you are:
· Have a passion for street wear & fashion
· Strong customer service skills and standards
· Previous experience in a management role
· Be performance driven in both level of service and financial achievement
· Previous visual merchandising experience
