We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor and support reception and front-of-house customer service staff.
* Work regular reception shifts and rotate as a Shift Supervisor.
* Coordinate and continuously improve customer service, reception and sales processes.
* Maintain accurate records and support administrative and reporting requirements.
* Support centre promotions and community engagement activities.
Requirements
* Experience in customer service or reception leadership.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to supervise, coach and motivate a team.
* Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based systems).
* Tertiary qualification in recreation, customer service, or relevant area (or equivalent experience).
* Level 2 First Aid.
* Poll Lifeguard Award.
* Working With Children Check (Employee).
* Current Victorian driver licence.
* AUSTSWIM Certificate.
* Experience with PerfectGym or similar CRM / POS system.
* Experience in leisure, recreation, aquatics or community facilities.
