Digital Project Implementation Specialist
Responsibilities
* Project delivery and coordination: Lead and coordinate project activities, maintain plans and documentation, monitor risks and dependencies, and support delivery against agreed priorities and timelines.
* Hands‐on implementation, training and remediation: Undertake implementation tasks across CRANAplus' digital systems, including configuration support, troubleshooting, testing, remediation activities, training, process improvement and operational support.
* Legacy system decommissioning: Support the safe decommissioning of legacy systems, including data extraction, migration validation, archival processes and transition activities to minimise operational risk.
* Digital governance and change support: Help strengthen digital governance, documentation, change control and decision‐making processes, while supporting staff engagement, training and adoption of new systems and ways of working.
What you'll need
* 3+ years experience in managing digital change projects
* Strong project coordination and delivery skills, including risk management and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience working across a variety of digital platforms such as CRM systems, websites, learning systems, productivity suites, or operational databases.
* Strong understanding of data security and privacy standards.
