About the Role As a valued member of the Grace Records Management team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and account support to some of Australia's top organisations and government agencies.
Your role will be key in ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient handling of our clients' vital records.

Key Responsibilities: Carrying out daily warehouse tasks including picking packing sensitive files Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing Loading and unloading of their vehicles Compliant deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required) Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Forklift Licence – LF (preferred) RF scanning – (desirable training as required) Strong customer service and communication skills Previous warehouse experience (preferred) Transport experience (advantageous) A valid car licence is required as a minimum for the secondary component of the role What We Offer: This role is a permanent position, offering full-time hours.
