Cloud Infrastructure Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional customer support and ensure the smooth operation of our Cloud infrastructure.
* Provide production support and on-call duties 24x7 in a 2-4-week roster to restore service and applications hosted on Cloud infrastructure.
* Resolve incidents raised by users or caused by system failure in a timely manner and according to Service Level Agreement.
* Prepare technical documents and/or knowledge articles to support users and stakeholders.
* Understand processes and risk factors associated with change and incident.
* Deploy code into non-prod and production and provide support to other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
* 8+ years of technology experience in software delivery and deployment.
* Strong operational and technical experience is essential.
* Experience in Java or SpringBoot.
* 4+ years in Support role using ITIL Framework (Incident, Change and Configuration Management).
* 3+ years in AWS and/or Azure technology.
