Monadelphous is seeking a seeking a Senior Tender Coordinator to join our Engineering & Construction Division supporting the National Pre-Contracts Manager.
This integral position will provide business support for the compilation of tenders and proposals for the division, and join a cohesive team who are directly impacting the success of the business every day.

Effectively manage time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and to schedule.
Maintaining records on the server and co-ordinate accesses and authorities as well as updating and maintaining registers Maintaining tender files and audit completeness of approvals and handover Works cooperatively with others, and mentors team members, to accomplish group goals.
What you'll bring: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications of Journalism or another related field is desirable, not essential.
Capability to adapt to change, can work well under pressure and persist toward goals despite obstacles At least 5 years of relevant bid/tender coordination experience within Construction Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication with all levels of stakeholders Advanced skills in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
