The opportunity
The Events Manager / Senior Events Manager will oversee the planning and execution of high-quality, commercially driven events nationwide, ensuring alignment with HWL Ebsworth’s brand and objectives. You’ll develop, implement processes, and train the team to ensure smooth event execution from start to finish.
As this is a newly created role, you'll play a key part in shaping the firm's strategy and processes, contributing to the overall growth and success by :
* Overseeing the planning and coordination of all client events and key internal events nationally;
* Delivering on strategic priorities, reflecting HWLE's brand, and providing maximum opportunity to engage key stakeholders effectively;
* Stepping up the sophistication of our offering, bringing your own experience and flair;
* Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile, major marque HWLE events.
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
