Integrated Marketing Manager - Reality Labs. Australia
The Integrated Marketing Manager, Reality Labs. Australia will serve as Marketing Leader of Reality Labs for Australia and manage all marketing areas for Metaverse and Wearables products/services. This role requires leadership to facilitate cross-functional collaboration in developing comprehensive marketing plans that achieve business and brand objectives.
Responsibilities
- Apply analytical rigor, understand audience dynamics, and blend brand and product knowledge to deliver marketing plans that move the needle
- Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis and reporting
- Develop understanding of audience personas, mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviors across products and industries
- Create briefs to reach target audiences and achieve business goals
- Partner with teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across International Marketing, Product Marketing, Insights, Decision Science, Social, Influencer, Communications, Planning and Media investment, Creative X (In-house Creative and Production Agency), Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing and Product Management
- Work with external partners to develop integrated marketing campaigns (Advertising Agency, Social Media/Influencer Agency, Media Platform, etc.)
- Track campaign performance and provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through a broad media mix with measurable results
- Understanding of Australian consumers, with experience using consumer research and data to drive actionable insights and develop marketing strategies
- Demonstrated experience working with Media and Creative agencies
- Experience in leading and communicating, with ability to build team-oriented partnerships with product partners and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and coordinating with various internal and external teams to launch programs seamlessly and at high impact
- Experience building brands and developing insights-driven brand and consumer marketing plans
- Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital and traditional media strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of diverse environments, social and business landscapes
- Experience managing multiple campaigns across teams to deliver high-impact programs
- Experience in consumer product categories and brands such as consumer technology, digital products/services, or leading consumer brands
