One of our Federal Government clients is looking for ICT Warehouse/Assets Manager in Canberra.We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate stock replenishments and maintain accurate inventory records in collaboration with HAM teams.
* Experience in handling urgent dispatch requests and equipment returns, particularly for remote and ministerial offices.
* Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, dashboard creation, and incident resolution.
* Liaise with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within ServiceNow.
